1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JobsWithJoe.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by JobsWithJoe, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

3. Use of Service

JobsWithJoe.com provides resume auditing, job-specific résumé tailoring, and interview preparation templates powered by AI and recruiter logic. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to your personal job search:

  • You must not upload resumes containing fraudulent work histories or false credential certifications.
  • You must not use automated scrapers, bots, or software tools to execute mass-tailoring queries through our APIs.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and account activities.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in your original resume files, text input, and other user content uploaded to the Service. Upon full payment of any applicable fees, JobsWithJoe, LLC assigns to you all ownership and usage rights over the specific tailored resume outputs and interview guides generated for you. JobsWithJoe, LLC retains all ownership, title, and interest in its proprietary templates, database code, AI auditing prompts, design systems, and platform software.

5. Credits, Payments, and Cancellations

JobsWithJoe operates on a free trial, one-time purchase, and non-recurring subscription pass model. One-time purchases and subscription fees are billed securely via our payment gateways.

  • Credits: Casual Pack credits do not expire and remain mapped to your user profile.
  • Subscriptions: Search Sprint passes are active for 30 consecutive calendar days and cancel automatically without recurring billing loops.
  • Account Deletion & Cancellation: You can cancel any subscription or delete your account at any time through your dashboard configurations or by contacting support.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital consumption of AI credits and generated content, all sales of audits, credit packages, and 30-day passes are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical failure or billing anomalies, please contact customerservice@jobswithjoe.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

JobsWithJoe provides tailored outputs and guidelines on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our systems are designed to align with real recruiting practices to maximize recruiter engagement, we make no warranties or guarantees that using the Service will result in employment, callbacks, job offers, or successful interview pass rates.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JobsWithJoe, LLC, its developers, or its authorized operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of job offers or career opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

9. Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
